Ca commence par un riff lourd, un drapeau US et un Mc du nom d’ESKO qui relate son pays et sa nationalité. Son morceau “AMERICAN” a pour but de pointer les actions du gouvernement US et leurs impacts sur le pays et hors des frontières. Comme le dit le rappeur lui même : “Cette chanson est si Américaine que vous irez problamement manger Mac Do et envoyer une bombe sur un pays étranger après avoir écouté ce morceau …”
